Why am I here?

Hi

I have joined the course to gain a better understanding about e Learning...after looking at all of this information and being new to blogging mmmm it's going to be interesting. I am currently a tutor in Early Childhood via the classroom and have never learned in this new e learning way. It will be exciting and I'm sure a challenge. I don't always see eye to eye with this computer!

  1. Hello Kylie, great to see you here. I hope you enjoy this course. Please feel free to drop me a line if you have any further queries.

Can you tell me, how do you think eLearning will work in the area of early childhood education?

  2. Hi Kylee, I think its great you are upskilling in this area, because children as young as 2 and 3 are beginning to use computers, so keeping up with them will sure be a challenge. Cheers,
    Elaine

  4. Hi Sarah,

Sorry this is a late response. At this stage I would like to see my students start to use Blogs for great resources they have used or seen being used in Centres. It would be a useful tool to use for study groups and generally updating other students as we do about our study. As I am very new to all of this technology, I am sure I will find many ways to use other tools aswell. I find it all very exciting and interesting.

  5. There's some great work being done in NZ with blogs & young children - all you need to do is get out there and have a look :)
